Social Responsibility. Corporate Citizenship.

Safety, service and social responsibility are the three pillars on which Jet One Jets stands. This foundation is built most solidly on social responsibility which includes supporting the arts, humanities and medical sciences.

Two millennia ago, Plato stated that a measure of any great society is how it treats its destitute and infirmed. This credo is indelibly threaded throughout our corporate philosophy. Our desire to share our resources stems from one critical goal: to be a better citizen in both the local and global marketplace.

In line with this corporate ethos, Jet One has aligned itself with the following philanthropic organizations: the Corporate Angel Network, Rush Philanthropic, Contribute Magazine, Make-A-Wish Foundation, VH1's Save the Music, and others. Recent achievements include:

Corporate Angel Network (CAN) - Jet One donates 2% of all it's card sales to CAN in the client's name. This cash contribution allows seats to be donated to transport cancer-stricken children to treatment centers and other medical activities all over the world.

CAN is the only charitable organization in the USA whose sole mission is to ease the emotional stress, physical discomfort and financial burden of travel for cancer patients by arranging free flights to treatment centers. We are proud to align ourselves with an organization dedicated to the easing the suffering of children.

Art for Life - Jet One Jets was pleased to donate a medium jet round-trip flight, which raised $50,000 at the 2006 benefit. This was the largest value for a single gift at this year's event. This annual garden party is presented by the Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, hosted in East Hampton by Russell and Kimora Lee Simmons. This event is Rush Philanthropic's most important annual fundraising effort, attended annually by a sold-out audience of more than 750 leaders in the entertainment, arts, business, and philanthropic communities. The Foundation is dedicated to providing disadvantaged urban youth with significant exposure and access to the arts, as well as providing exhibition opportunities to underrepresented artists and artists of color.

As we continue to pursue the goal of an egalitarian, pluralistic and compassionate society, we will further align ourselves with philanthropic organizations that help achieve these goals. Today or 2000 years ago, these pursuits must be vigorously maintained. Our obligation remains to be the vanguard of social responsibility.
